There is an entire page of FAQ related to the EasyTether application. You have all the answers and guides related to connectivity and possible errors for all the supported platforms. Access the link below to reach the page with the information, but from your error above it results that the phone is not available, therefore I would check the drivers. Make sure you have all the drivers available and installed for your phone.
Can't reach the smartphone's side service. I use a Samsung III Galaxy 9000 together with a notebook with Windows 7 and Easy Tether version 1.1.16. Is there something that I can do?

This is a common problem that a lot of people encounter. This is caused by an update that has some problems. To fix them, make sure that you are using the latest updates for your phone. To do this, go to its menu > Settings > About > Software Update > Update. You should have your phone charged at least for 80 % because of the large files that can be downloaded. Also, make sure that you have the latest version of EasyTether installed. To obtain a download link for the application, check the review page of the application on Software Informer. You should be able to overcome this problem.
